The City of Annapolis is hosting a Citywide Dining and Shopping Under the Stars event. Starts at 4 p.m. with road closures along Main Street, Market Square, West Street and Maryland Avenue in downtown and at Bay Ridge Market Shopping Center along Forest Drive.
