Anchor Dermatology Signs Long-Term Lease at Bowie One Town Center

Bowie, MD – September 25, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial has facilitated a new lease for Anchor
Dermatology, led by Dr. Cheryl Lonergan, at Bowie One Town Center, 4201 Northview Drive,
Bowie, Maryland 20716. The practice has signed a 10-year, 6-month lease for Suite 200, totaling
4,387 RSF.

The property is owned by BOTC, LLC, which also owns Chesapeake Imaging. Brent Prossner of
Lincoln Property Company represented the Owner, while Eddie Trujillo, Senior Vice President at
Hyatt Commercial, represented the Tenant.
