Crofton, MD – July 31, 2024 –The Crofton Crossing professional office building located at 2200 Defense Hwy, Crofton, MD 21114, has been sold for $9,000,000 (+/-$143 psf). The property spans 65,780 square feet and is 83% occupied.
The Seller, GAMC, Limited Company, LLC and West Interbay I, Inc., was represented by Cecil Cummins and Eric Pinkett of Hyatt Commercial. The Buyer, APG INVESTMENTS LLC, a local firm, was represented by Matthew Antonis of Friend Commercial Real Estate. The Buyer plans to occupy approximately 3,100 square feet of the building for their business.
