            Waldorf, MD – October 24, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial announced the off-market sale of 2510 Aurora Place in Waldorf, Maryland — a ±9-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property under a ground lease with Williams Scotsman Inc. The all-cash transaction closed in just 60 days, underscoring strong investor demand for well-located industrial assets across Southern Maryland.
Acton Lane Industrial Partnership sold the property to 2510 Aurora Partners, LLC. William Steffey, CRE, CCIM, of Hyatt Commercial, represented the Seller, while Michael L. Bosica of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Buyer.
Located in Waldorf’s Acton Industrial Corridor, the site offers direct access to major regional routes and serves as a prime IOS location supporting the area’s expanding industrial market.
