Hyatt Commercial Represents Moose Lodge #453 in the Sale and Acquisition of a New Property in College Park

College Park, MD — November 24, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial represented Moose Lodge #453 in the the acquisition of its new property at 8907 Baltimore Avenue in College Park. The Lodge purchased the site for $2.3 million as part of its search for a more modern and functional space.
The new location includes a ±2,600 SF commercial building, small residential house, and several parcels, totaling just under one acre of land on a high traffic prominent corner in College Park. Moose Lodge #453 plans to conduct a complete renovation of the property and bring an existing new space to be home to their membership and community programs in College Park.
Cecil Cummins and Eric Pinkett of Hyatt Commercial assisted the Lodge throughout the search and transition, helping identify a property that aligned with their operational needs. Andy Hotchkiss and Dimitri Apostolopoulos of Winmar Advisory represented the seller.
Moose Lodge #453 looks forward to beginning its next chapter at 8907 Baltimore Avenue and continuing its service to the College Park community.
