Nick brings over a decade of exclusive commercial real estate experience and a results-driven approach to help Property Owners and Investors across St. Mary’s, Charles, and Calvert Counties maximize their assets.
A licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and a second-generation Realtor, Nick has closed over $53,553,542 in transaction volume. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, combining deep market knowledge with a data-first mindset to simplify complex real estate decisions.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Nick is recognized for delivering strategic, high-impact solutions through financial analysis, market insight, and creative deal structuring.
