Annapolis, MD — August 18, 2025 — A beloved Annapolis institution is turning the page to a new chapter. Mary’s Bridal, originally founded in 1982 by Mary Feeley, has officially moved to 14 Annapolis Street after more than four decades in the same location.

Known for its timeless elegance and personal touch, Mary’s Bridal has been a staple of the local business community since 1983, making Mary one of the longest-tenured retail tenants in a single location in all of Annapolis—second only to a few local restaurants.

Upon Mary’s first walk through 14 Annapolis Street, the space was a must-have. George Shenas and Collin Mercier, who represented the Landlord, were able to swiftly assemble deal terms that met Mary’s expectations and a Lease was signed within 30 days of the first tour.
