We have a home.
After more than two years of searching, negotiating, planning, and refusing to quit, The Culinary Square has acquired 625 Greenway Road SE in Glen Burnie. This building will become Anne Arundel County's shared-use commercial kitchen, event venue, and fresh foods market.
Getting here took grit. There were financing hurdles, zoning work, and plenty of "not yet." What kept us going was the people we're building this for: the caterers, bakers, food truck operators, and makers across our county who have the talent to grow but can't take on the cost of their own commercial kitchen. That barrier is what keeps great food businesses stuck as side hustles. The Culinary Square removes it, with licensed kitchen space, storage, equipment, business support, and a community of fellow food entrepreneurs.
Now the real work begins. Over the coming months we'll transform the building, and we want you with us every step of the way.
